Speaking from experience

Speaking from experience

At Serene Cosmetic, we connect you with experienced specialist surgeons and dentists. With nine years of trusted experience, our reputation is built on excellence, transparency and truly personalised service.

We understand that travelling abroad for cosmetic surgery can feel daunting, which is why our team is here to guide you through every step, from your first enquiry until you’re home. Each of our coordinators is trained in coordinating cosmetic surgery abroad, and have been through their own surgical or non-surgical transformations, so they understand how you feel.

When you book through Serene Cosmetic, you pay no more than booking directly with the surgery provider, but you receive significantly more support.

We offer free planning calls with our English-speaking Patient Coordinators, who act as your dedicated concierge from start to finish. From introducing you to surgeons suited to your goals, passing on your surgeon’s pre and post-operative instructions, helping arrange your trip and to staying in touch after you return home and connecting you quickly with your surgeon’s team if you have any concerns, we are your consistent point of contact throughout.

You benefit from clear communication, organised travel and logistics, aftercare coordination with your clinic, and someone on your side who will raise any concerns with your clinic for you, all at no additional cost.
